Teriyaki Pheasant Bites
APPETIZER
► Debone 1 pheasant (2 breast filets and 2 thigh filets)
► Cook pheasant filets until done in crock pot with a little olive oil and cover with thick Teriyaki Stir Fry sauce. (any brand will do)
► Once cooked, cut into bitesize chunks and wrap in bacon, securing with a toothpick
► Place on cookie sheet and cover with Teriyaki glaze (any brand will do)
► Cook at 375-400° until bacon is crispy
► Serves: 15-20 bites
Serve as an appetizer alone, or with cheese, fruit and white or red wine
